Sitting in the basement of my childhood home with a cardboard box turned upside down as my desk. My stapler lined up perfectly with my pencil and my clean sheet of paper. I reach over to my pretend printer and pull off the pre-perforated hold punched sides (you know those old school printers…insert loud printer sound) and I say to my sister, “I’ll have this complete and on your desk in less than 5 minutes, Claurice Maurice.” (That was her official office name). Playing office was something that I did as a kid. Something that I LOVED doing. Even now I could probably spend an entire day in an office supply store although life with 4 kids doesn’t allow such things.

My Story
...business woman. I envisioned myself in a suit with my briefcase and I was in a big city and I had to take an elevator to my corner office in a high-rise building that over looked the city views. I’m a business woman but what do I do? I thought I needed the correct letters after my name to be qualified. I thought because I didn’t know the specifics that it meant I wasn’t qualified or enough.
Fast forward over 20 year and I’m just now finding and realizing that something I always thought was a “bad thing” about me is actually a gift that God has given me to help people. And friends that’s a pretty awesome thing!
My name is Katie Robertson and I’m a chronic fixer. A re-arranger. A line-pusher. A systems implementer. A lover of people. Someone who sees you and sees past the outside and into the potential of who you’re destined to be. I see the before and the after photo both at the same time. God put me here to meet you. To invite you out for coffee and get to know you and to hear your dreams. For me to look you in the eye and say “that dream rocks” and for me to hug you and say “ok now lets make a plan on how we are going to make your dream come true.” Come along you incredible entrepreneur. I see those dreams a bubbling inside your heart. I see the potential that God has written all over your story. I can’t wait to make that your reality.
I’m Katie Robertson. Lover of Jesus, a wife, a mom, a friend and owner of ROVE Consulting. I’m a business woman.
Katie takes her love for business, real estate, and systems combining them all to run projects smoothly and efficiently. Katie’s education includes degrees in Business Administration and Office Management from Montana Tech and the University of Montana. Katie was born and raised in Montana and has managed her own rental portfolio since 2010. With a background in accounting, property management, and business consulting/marketing she added real estate licensee to her repertoire in 2019.
